Distinguished University Professor TOKURA Yoshinori was awarded the 2023th Leo Esaki Prize.

The Leo Esaki Prize honors and awards those who have remarkable achievements in the field of Nano Technology, promote Science and Technology, and contribute to advancing the industry. Dr. Leo Esaki, for whom the prize is named, was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1973.
