“Queer and Feminist Movement in Asia” Series Starts from September 2
In this lecture series, we aim to further foster conversations and discussions on the intersections between queerness and mobility through a feminist, cross-disciplinary perspective and in a broadly defined Asian context. By featuring an Asian perspective on queerness and mobility, we hope to challenge the Euro-American centric and orientalist conceptualization of Queer Asia, and explore the possibility of queering the boundaries of "Asia".
