“The Tokyo Toilet Book” Release Event & THE TOKYO TOILET SHUTTLE TOUR Begins

The Tokyo College lecture “THE TOKYO TOILET” & “PERFECT DAYS” (held January 17th, 2024) recently drew attention to THE TOKYO TOILET, a public toilet project located in the Shibuya Ward. The theme of the project is accessibility—designing public toilets that anyone can use comfortably. The works created for this project by up-and-coming architects, creators and designers will be released as a book, which will be displayed on “The Tokyo Toilet Book Stand” at Spiral’s first-floor “Showcase” located in Omotesando, Tokyo.

In addition, starting on March 1st (Friday), a shuttle tour will be running to take visitors to the 17 locations of "THE TOKYO TOILET” (transportation charge per Shibuya City Tourism Association). To celebrate the start of its service, there will also be a special campaign where you can win a copy of "The Tokyo Toilet Book."
