グローバリゼーション、ガバナンス、社会文化的ダイナミクスの文脈における組織の人類学に焦点を当てた研究を行ってきた。現在は、グローバル・ガバナンスと知識の生成におけるシンクタンクや政策専門家の役割、そして政治的意思決定に与える影響を検討している。また、シンクタンクや企業組織が気候変動ガバナンスにどのように関与しているかについても調査している。他には、政策立案における未来予測とシナリオの創造について探求している。
組織文化、透明性、説明責任、企業の社会的責任（CSR）について幅広く研究し、倫理、利益、企業の自主規制の交差点に焦点を当てている。また、柔軟性や雇用可能性といった労働市場の動態や、それらが個人のアイデンティティや主体性に与える影響についても検討している。
