AIの時代には、人間の認知と機械知能の長所を活用するソリューションに焦点を当てることがますます重要になっている。そういった背景から、ヒューマン・コンピュータ・インタラクション（HCI）とクラウドソーシングの分野で、デジタル・ヘルスやパーソナル・データ管理などのテーマに取り組んでいる。病院や診療所と協力し、実際のエンドユーザーを対象とした研究を実施し、既製のソリューションにとどまらず、さまざまなフィールド調査のために開発した特注技術を活用している。
